  Meet the President

Nassau West President Kelly K. Bartram with former First Lady Heather Hutchison at the wedding of former Capitol Governor Seth O'Brien, on Saturday, May 10, 2003, in Mesa, AZ.

Kelly K. Bartram was born to Wayland and Sara Bartram on Tuesday, October 9, 1973, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bartram was raised in Scottsdale, went to school in Scottsdale, and became the first President of the Federal Republic of Nassau West in 1989 while in high school. He graduated Coronado High School in 1992 in Scottsdale, and resided there until moving to Tempe, AZ, in 1995.

While living in Tempe with his friend John, who would later join the First Unified Council of Kingdoms with a few countries of his own, Bartram conducted the first-ever Nassau West Elections by actually driving secret ballots around to all registered voters. While somewhat primitive, it was a huge success.

In 1998, President Bartram, Vice President Michael O'Brien, and Capitol Governor Seth O'Brien moved into the nation's first Capitol building in Phoenix, AZ. Bartram remained there until moving to the Seattle, WA, area in 2000, where he lived until returning to the Capitol in 2002. The President resumed his normal activities in the Phoenix area until 2003 when he was asked to relocate to Tucson to run the Tucson office of the nation's largest employer.

President Bartram lived in Tucson until June, 2004, when he opened the new Nassau West Capitol in Benson, AZ. He has worked in his office in Tucson and lived in Benson ever since. Unfortunately, due to decreasing population in Nassau West, the Capitol was downgraded to a Nassau West Embassy in May of 2007, and again in May of this year to a Nassau West Outpost.

At the present time, President Bartram lives in the Outpost with his son, Nassau West Marshal Ivan "the Terrible" Bartram.
